HumGu develops its own solutions, delivers projects for clients and advises on the use of AI. We work with organisations: from choosing the use case and preparing the data, through models and integrations, to implementation and maintenance.
How do we approach the work?
We start from the task and the expected change. We connect business requirements with data quality, the choice of models and the way the result is used in the process. We establish how to assess usefulness, costs and the human role.
Responsibility for the result
For each collaboration we name a lead person on the HumGu side and a person who accepts the result on the client's side. We agree the criteria and check the result before handover. AI agents support the work; responsibility for delivery remains with the named people.
Own methods and solutions
Matrix360 connects the analysis of a customer's situation with directions of commercial collaboration. ECOS organises work with knowledge and the bases of decisions. Executive Hiring supports the candidate from discovering career opportunities to negotiations and development. In these areas we already offer collaboration, while developing the solutions in parallel.
HumGu.life and HumGu Sync form the publicly available wellbeing area of our portfolio.
