We show our own real editorial project and illustrations on fictional data. Each piece of material has an explicit scope: what was analysed, what result was produced and what was not measured.
A real project of our own
How did we check AI recommendations for HumGu content? Three reviews, verification of the objections against the sources and decisions on changes: a correction accepted, a status rejected and a dependency checked in the sources.
Sales — discovering A direction and verifying IT
From a few pieces of information about a customer, we choose a topic consistent with the supplier's offer. The questions and the customer's reply lead to a justified conversation about the scope of an analysis, without announcing an order.
Two profiles, the same signal: see how different competences change the questions and why new information can justify shelving both directions.
Decisions — A project scope change
A new region: first the request, then the acceptance and a selective review of access, the estimate, the deadline and acceptance. While keeping the still-valid arrangements of the existing baseline.
A simpler illustration: an e-mail, an attachment and a confirmation change the choice of terms, but not the rule of approval by the sales representative.
Careers — from offers to preparing for negotiations
Two roles, the candidate's goal and evidence of experience. See the choice of process, the candidacy material, the first answer in the exercise, the feedback, the next attempt and the agenda of terms.
Automation — what to clarify before quoting?
The inquiry and the attachment have different requirements. See the criteria, the conflict and the draft reply for approval. The ECOS decision history example is based on the same inquiry.
Economics — does freed-up time mean cash?
The hypothetical calculation covers volume, active work including checking and corrections, exceptions, supervision and expenses. It shows the negative scenario, the threshold and the difference between capacity to work and expenditure actually avoided.
How to read the illustrations?
The cases other than our own project are fictional. You can check the stated evidence and the result yourself. They are not client references, nor proof of product integration, reliability or a measured return on investment (ROI).
Which of these tasks resembles your process? Describe how it runs and the change you expect.
