Executive Hiring is comprehensive support for the candidate with a coach function.
- What situation is it for?
- You are looking for career opportunities, comparing offers or preparing for the next stage of a process.
- What do you get?
- Support for your career journey: searching for and analysing offers, preparing your candidacy, interviews and negotiations, and working with a coach on your further development.
- How will you use it?
- To choose processes, present your experience, practise with the coach and discuss terms.
- What does the result depend on?
- On a reliable profile, your own work and keeping information up to date. The employer's decisions and market conditions remain outside the candidate's control.
You can order this scope today; we tailor the work to your goals and stage.
Coach — from your own answer to the next attempt
You practise answering a question related to the role. You receive feedback on the clarity, relevance and grounding of your arguments in your experience, and then work on the next version.
For example, with a question about leading change, you check whether you explain the situation, your contribution and the result, and whether you can answer follow-up questions. This is an illustration of the exercise, not an assessment of a specific person.
The coach function also supports identifying gaps and choosing development actions. Conclusions from one process can serve to prepare for the next one and to plan your further career.

Two fictional offers → fit assessment and questions → clarification from the recruiter → candidacy material → exercise with the coach function → negotiation agenda and further development.
The example shows how to translate experience into arguments without adding P&L responsibility or undocumented achievements. You can see the first answer, the feedback and the next attempt.
When to change direction?
When the role conflicts with an important constraint or goal, other requirements emerge or there is no evidence of a key competence. First we clarify the terms and the fit. Changing documents will not replace missing experience.
How do we assess usefulness?
The conditions for working with the material cover the truthfulness of claims, explicit gaps and reference to your goals. In the exercises we compare the clarity, relevance and specificity of answers. These are measures of preparation, not a psychometric confirmation of competence or a guarantee of employment. The outcome of the recruitment is observed separately.
The scope of collaboration is agreed individually. Executive Hiring is still being developed, and career decisions are yours. The outcome of the recruitment also depends on the employer and market conditions.
